Life has been a little crazy since sweet little Isaac joined the family, but crazy in a good way. He is 6 weeks-old now and we are starting to get in to more of a routine. Malea has been such a good helper and has been so sweet with him. We are working on trying to get Isaac sleeping through the night, or at least sleeping longer spans. Malea slept through the night quite early, so its hard not to expect the same. By far the hardest part about having baby #2 has been the sleep deprivation. Its not like with Malea where I could nap whenever she did....now we have a 2 year-old to take care of too, and their naps don't always coincide.
Isaac started smiling this past week, which has been so much fun! He has the cutest stinkin' smile ever! It just makes my heart melt. He also tries to talk to us and has become more interactive. Even if I have a rough night and I'm so sleep deprived, Isaac's smile just melts my heart and it makes it all worth it!
